Fire Extinguisher Servicing & Maintenance

Clear servicing, transparent pricing, reliable compliance

Are your fire extinguishers being maintained correctly and cost-effectively?

For many businesses and property managers, fire extinguisher servicing is essential for compliance — but often comes with unclear pricing, unexpected charges, and inconsistent service. We offer a fair traceable service. We only charge for what we work on. Every site visit is backed up by job sheets with photos of all items serviced which is essential for compliance.

Transparent Pricing with No Hidden Fees

Our approach is built on honesty. We outline all costs from the start. You will never face hidden fees for parts, refills, or routine items. Even for small sites, we create clear asset logs to give you:

  • Full visibility of your equipment.

  • Detailed history of all servicing.

  • Clear dates for future refills or replacements.

This helps you plan better and prevents unexpected costs.

Routine Servicing

We offer flexible bookings to fit your schedule. We carry out all maintenance efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to your day. Our goal is to provide a service that is organised and reliable. This gives you total confidence that your equipment is ready when it matters most.

Testimonials

Flare were given a Fire Risk Assessment for an installation of emergency lighting and fire alarm system to be installed in a Grade II listed residential building. This was carried out to a high standard. The team went out of their way to minimise disruption to residents whilst listening to individual needs and concerns. I would have not hesitation in recommending Flare for any work of this type. Thanks so much.

Brilliant service. I called Flare today as my alarms were faulty and constantly beeping and Flare were able to come within a couple of hours. They replaced my smoke alarms and were really helpful and clear explaining how the new ones work. Flare were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.

We have used Flare for years. They look after everything electrical at our yard. Compressors, pumps and all our heavy duty equipment, as well as managing our CCTV and alarms. Always quick on an emergency call out. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
