Flare were given a Fire Risk Assessment for an installation of emergency lighting and fire alarm system to be installed in a Grade II listed residential building. This was carried out to a high standard. The team went out of their way to minimise disruption to residents whilst listening to individual needs and concerns. Brilliant service. I called Flare today as my alarms were faulty and constantly beeping and Flare were able to come within a couple of hours. They replaced my smoke alarms and were really helpful and clear explaining how the new ones work.
