We know many customers call us after being let down by slow or unreliable contractors. Our approach is simple: we respond fast, communicate clearly, and identify the problem without delay.

Our goal is to indentify the issue on the first visit. When further remedial work is needed, we will clearly communicate this. We will pause any extra work if necessary to ensure you are fully informed before we proceed. This keeps you in control at all times.

Testimonials

Flare were given a Fire Risk Assessment for an installation of emergency lighting and fire alarm system to be installed in a Grade II listed residential building. This was carried out to a high standard. The team went out of their way to minimise disruption to residents whilst listening to individual needs and concerns. I would have not hesitation in recommending Flare for any work of this type. Thanks so much.
